Jesus, My God
Jesus, my God and My Savior, You loved me so much, You died for me on the Cross, so that I, too, could return to our Father in Heaven. You are the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Through Your Holy Eucharist, please sustain me and be present with me always on my journey home. Amen
God, the Father
Dearest Father, as Your Child, I ask — that You send Mary to guide me to Jesus, and that Jesus sends me the Holy Spirit so that they may all bring me to You. That You dwell with me, and in me — a living temple prepared by Mary, dedicated by Jesus, and purified by Your Holy Spirit. And may I always be with You and in You. That You permit me, as Your child, to be Your true and intimate friend – one who loves You above all things. And that You come for me when I die, to bring me home to You.
I further ask You, father, for the sake of all mankind:
To have mercy on all Your children – past, present and future.
To bring peace to the world and to gather all Your children to Yourself.
And that Your Kingdom comes and Your Will is done on earth as it is in heaven.

Prayer
My Lord, Jesus Christ, remember that I am a sinner. Most Holy Virgin Mary, pray for me. You shall always be praised and blessed. Pray for this sinner to Your Beloved Son, Precious Beauty of the Angels, the Prophets and Patriarchs, Crown of the Martyrs, Apostles, Confessors, Glory of the Seraphs, Crown of the virgins, save me from the most fearful figure of the demon when my soul departs from my body.
Oh, Most Holy fount of Piety and Beauty of Jesus Christ, Joy of Heaven, Consolation of the Clergy. Remember in our work with You, Virgin Most Prudent, the Angels are happy. Recommend my soul and the souls of all devout Christians, pray for us to Your Blessed son, and take us to the Eternal Paradise where You reign and live forever, and there we will venerate You eternally. Sovereign Virgin Mary, Mother of the Living God, because You have delivered Him, pray for all of us sinners, so that He may pardon us, and grant us the eternal glory.

God is my Father
My Father in Heaven, how sweet it is to know that You are my Father and that I am Your child!
Especially when the skies of my soul are cloudy and my cross weighs more heavily, I feel the need to repeat to You: Father, I believe in Your love for me!
Yes, I believe that You are my a Father to me at every moment of my life, and that I am Your child!
I believe that You love me with an infinite love!
I believe that You are watching over me night and day and that not a hair falls from my head without Your permission!
I believe that, in Your infinite Wisdom, You know better than I what is good for me.
I believe that, in Your infinite power, You can bring good even out of evil.

Sixth Prayer
One our Father and One Hail Mary.
O Jesus, most loving and most desirable King! Remember the grief you suffered, when You were fastened and raised aloft on the cross, naked, like a common criminal. Your relatives and friends had forsaken You, except Your beloved Mother and a few who remained with You during Your agony.
Remember Your grief as You entrusted Your Mother to Your faithful disciple when You addressed them:
“Woman, behold your son. Behold your Mother.”
By the sword of sorrow that pierced the soul of Your Holy Mother, I beg You, O Savior, to have mercy on me in all my corporal and spiritual afflictions, and to assist me in all my trials, especially at the hour of my death. Amen.
For the Intercession of Saint Faustina
Saint Faustina, you told us that your mission would continue after your death and that you would not forget us.
Our Lord also granted you a great privilege, telling you to “distribute graces as you will, to whom you will, and when you will”.
Relying on this, I ask your intercession for the graces I need, especially (here mention your special intentions).
Help me, above all, to trust in Jesus as you did and thus to glorify His mercy every moment of my life.
